80’s NaNa x Dr.Marten Patent Leather Gibson Oxfords

If you know, you know! Dead stock NaNa x Dr Marten Gibson oxfords. Patent leather that shines for days! These are some of the most sought after as they are from NaNa which was the sole distributor of Dr Marten when they entered the US Market.  This particular style runs a bit narrow and does will not stretch like the regular leather or suede.  While the sizing shows 7/8.5 it could likely fit a smaller foot. Absolutely beautiful and insanely comfortable. The construction and detail is unmatched! Made in the UK!

A vintage enthusiast’s dream come true! A once in a lifetime chance to own a piece of history! All vintage docs listed with AbnoRmaL Couture were acquired in a single warehouse buy from a previous distributor. All shoes are NOS (new old stock) and BNIB (brand new in box). Many shoes appear to have never been tried on or removed from their original box. Any noticeable or minor shoe imperfections are factory imperfections. Many shoes have traces of tissue paper that is stuck to the rubber sole or other areas. This is a result of several decades of storage. Some shoes also have small traces of lace sealant that may have transferred from sole to suede during the manufacturing process. In some styles, the inner sole label may be lifting as a result of age and time. Please reach out if you have additional questions or need precise measurements. Sizing can vary and most shoes are unisex. Most half sizes fit whole sizes as they were usually built on the same sole size platform. For example, a women’s 8.5 is typically the same length as a women’s 9. The suede high tops tend to run more narrow than traditional sizing as they were developed originally as a women’s shoe.
